Sermon/ Scripture Memory/ Prayer Focus

The sermon March 14th will bee from Joshua 22:1-34

Scripture Memory Verse for Mar.
Now therefore fear the LORD and serve him in sincerity and in faithfulness. Put away the gods that your fathers served beyond the River and in Egypt, and serve the LORD. And if it is evil in your eyes to serve the LORD, choose this day whom you will serve, whether the gods your fathers served in the region beyond the River, or the gods of the Amorites in whose land you dwell. But as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD.” Joshua 24: 14 - 15

This Week’s Prayer Focus: Please be in prayer for the work of World Vision and other Christian agencies who are proclaiming the Gospel in the face of famine, medical crises, and injustice the world over by offering a piece of bread and a cup of water to the least of these. The youth of our church, together with other students in Lake Wales, will be fasting on March 12—13 for thirty hours in an effort to raise funds to support the ministries of World Vision. Please prayerfully consider if the Lord is calling you to support this ministry.

Dear Church Family: Thank you for all your love, concern and prayers during this time. We appreciate them more than you will ever know. Please continue your prayers for us. We love you. Don and Ann Mann

Thank you to this wonderful church family, who have been so faithful in recent weeks and year, as Mom’s health declined. Thank you for the cards, notes, phone calls, food, visits. Thanks to those who helped with the dogs so that I could stay at the hospital or nursing home and thanks too to those who helped get Mom up & out of the church pew when she was able to attend.  Thank you for caring for Mom and for me. God bless you richly, Sue Dolan.
