Our Senior Minister is Charles W. Reynolds, who prefers to be called Pastor Chad. Chad, his wife Laney (a P.E. teacher) and their two boys Garrett & Eli, are relative newcomers to FPC, arriving in August of 2004 to be our Minister of Christian Education and was elevated to Senior Pastor in July 2009 . A graduate of Erskine College and Erskine Theological Seminary, Chad was Director of Youth Ministries for five years at Greenville ARP Church before coming to FPC. Chad and Laney have been married since 1997.

Our youth are ably led by Matthew Joldersma, our Director of Youth. Matt is a graduate of Bethel College & Seminary with a degree in Youth Ministry, and is currently studying for his Master's Degree at Reformed Theological Seminary, Orlando, Florida. Matt has guided the youth of FPC since 1998. Candy Joldersma, Matt's wife since 2001, leads the MOPS (Mother's of Pre-Schoolers) program here at FPC. The have two children, Callie & Pippin.

Emma Pike - Director of Christian Education

Our Director of Christian Education is Emma Pike. Emma attended Erskine College where she earned her B.S. in Elementary Education and also met her husband Colby. She is a lifelong ARP, and has been actively involved at FPC since moving to Lake Wales in 2002. Emma and Colby were married here at FPC in 2003, and they have two children, Carson and Reid.

Marie Hasse - Interim Director of Music

Marie Hasse, a graduate of the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor on Arts in Piano Performance, teaches piano in the Winter Haven and Haines City area. She is Head of Kevboard Studies at Polk Community College and is currently the Vice-Chair for the Bach Festival of Central Florida. A Past-President of the Florida State Music Teachers' Association, she adjudicates for FSMTA Student Events and is active in student events of the Florida Federation of Music Clubs. Ms. Hasse is serving on the Board of Directors of the American Matthay Association and lectures at the AMA"s annual festivals. Together with Dr. Carl Angelo, she edited Helen Parker Ford's >From Fists to Fingers, based on the teaching principles of Tobias Matthay, with emphasis on presentation to the young beginner. Ms. Hasse performs in chamber music recitals in the area and lectures on piano pedagogy. She is the Associate Director of Music at First Presbyterian Church in Lake Wales since January of 2004.
